Things you need:

- Brush
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Blow Dryer
- Straightener
- Curling Iron
- Hat

Steps:

1. Wash your hair,brush it and then dry it.

2. Part you hair in the middle or from the sides.

3. If you have side bangs, pull them to the middle to make them full bangs. If you have regular bangs or don't have bangs skip this step.

4. If your hair is very curly, straighten part of it using a straightener.

5. If you hair is straight, using a curling iron make loose curls.

6. Run your fingers through your hair to make your hair wavy.

7. If you want to be like Miley, put a hat on, and your done!
